#1 Design & DFM
We engage at the designing phase. Our engineers run DFM analysis and CAE simulation to catch process risk before tooling begins, covering structural feasibility, material specification, and manufacturability. Decisions made here protect the entire programme downstream.

#2 Precision Tooling
Mould design, CNC machining, EDM and trial runs all in our own tooling centre, with no third-party subcontracting. Lead time is controlled. Mould status is visible throughout. Engineering changes get a same-day response.

#3 Prototype & Validation
Rapid T1 sampling with full-dimension inspection and functional validation. All process risks are confirmed and resolved before production tooling is committed. PPAP documentation prepared to customer requirements.

Injection moulding, metal stamping and assembly run under one roof. Quality control checkpoints are built into every stage of the process, with full batch traceability through our MES system.
